1. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, specifications, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
2. Orders & Payments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
An order is confirmed after successful payment. KOUNA reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate circumstances permitted under applicable law. If an order is cancelled by KOUNA after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
KOUNA does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders must be paid online using the payment methods available at checkout.
3. Shipping
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
KOUNA follows a no-return policy for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit, colour preference, or similar reasons.
Products that arrive damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible damaged products will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security, provide false information, or attempt unauthorised access.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the KOUNA website, including logos, photographs, product images, graphics, designs, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to KOUNA unless otherwise stated.
